Rip-off?

While we were driving to the put-in for our river trip, the dudes put on some cool Tibetan grunge.

One of the songs I swear was a direct rip-off from that awesome 90s anthem "Shine" by Collective Soul... does anyone remember this song? There's this sorta nice clean guitar riff which was copied directly, and then there's the heavy grungy bit that kinda goes "cheng chagga chagga cha cheng cha chagga chick >yeah!<" and this was also copied directly although it didn't have the "yeah" in it at the end. The chorus was different but way cool.
